RAMADAN: Ekiti CP Felicitates Muslim Faithfuls, Assures Residents of Maximum Security

The Ekiti State Commissioner of Police,  AKINWALE KUNLE ADENIRAN, mni, on behalf of all the Officers and Men of the Command, has felicitated with the good people of Ekiti State, especially the Muslim Faithful as they celebrate this year’s Eid-el Fitr.

The Commissioner, while assuring everyone of adequate security during and after the celebration, implores the Muslim Faithful to use this period of celebration to pray for the peace, unity and progress of Nigeria.

He directed the Area Commanders, the DPOs and Heads of Tactical and intelligence Units to beef up security and ensure the deployment of adequate Operatives to all strategic points and places of celebrations across the State.

The Commissioner, while reaffirming the Command’s relentless effort to get the State rid of criminal elements and ensure the maximum security of lives and properties of the good people of Ekiti State, enjoins parents and guardians to warn their wards against any act that could frustrate the celebration or alter the peaceful atmosphere currently enjoyed across the State as those who shall be found wanting will be made to face the full wrath of the law.
