Ekiti State PHCDA management congratulates Oyedotun as he bows out of service. 

…as Director, Administration hosts  administrative staff 

The management of Ekiti State Primary Health Care Development Agency has congratulated Mr Joshua Kehinde Oyedotun for bowing out from Ekiti Civil Service after the completion of 35 years meritorious service. 

The event took on Tuesday 27th January, 2026 in Director of Administration and Supplies’ office during the usual get-together of staff of the administrative department hosted by the head of administration añd supplies of the agency. 

Speaking in respect of Mr Oyedotun’s retirement,the Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr. Rasheed Adepoju commended Mr. Oyedotun for his contributions within the short time he worked  with the agency.

 He described him as an intelligent and competent officer who always compose himself and always ready to discharge his duty maximally. 

“As he bows out honourably, we celebrate his achievements and pray that this new chapter brings him good

 health, peace, fulfilment, and well-deserved rest”  The Executive Secretary submitted. 

Also eulogising the officer, The Director of Administration and Supplies, Mr S.T Olajide described Mr Oyedotun as reliable and responsible. 

“Mr. Kehinde Joshua Oyedotun will successfully retire from the Ekiti State Civil Service on Thursday, 29th January 2026, marking the end of a distinguished and faithful career. He was first employed into the civil service on 29th January 1991, and his retirement comes after 35 years of dedicated service” The Director said. 

Throughout his years of service, Mr. Oyedotun was known for his diligence, integrity, and commitment to duty, contributing meaningfully to the growth and effectiveness of the public service.

Also at the event, Director of Administration and Supplies reviewed some of the achievements and challenges of the department for the past one year, charging the staff to be more active and do all they could to contribute more meaningfully to the development of the agency. 

He commended the officers for their loyalty and support they’ve been giving him as the head of the department. 

While responding, the outgoing CEO thanked the management for recognising his contributions and for dimming it fit to celebrate him. 

Some of the staff also tasked the management to attend to some of their pressing needs which will motivate them to deliver their duties effectively while promising to improve on their service delivery in 2026.
